In 2022 AND 2023, Regal & Nautique of Orlando has been recognized as the  Boating Industry Top 100 “Dealer of the Year” for North America. This highly coveted and most prestigious retail recognition is bestowed upon one dealer annually based on overall dealership performance across multiple judging sectors.

According to Boating Industry magazine, the Top 100 is the only independent ranking of boat dealers in North America. The competition recognizes dealerships that are “unsurpassed in business operations, professionalism, marketing tactics, customer service and more.”

Dealers are required to submit detailed applications which cover all aspects of their operations. These applications are then thoroughly vetted and scrutinized by the editors of Boating Industry magazine, coupled with additional research and a review of industry nominations.

The cumulation of this critical research guides the editorial team to select the marine industry’s Top 100 Dealers each year, with the highlight being the selection of the “Dealer of the Year.”

According to Boating Industry Editor in Chief Adam Quandt, “Managing a dealership to high levels of customer service, high volume sales and, yes, high profits, is no easy task. Now that RNO has won this most prestigious award two consecutive years, it has earned the distinction of membership in the elite Boating Industry Top 100 HALL OF FAME in 2024, a feat only achieved by few dealers since the program’s outset.

Applications require thoroughly detailed documentation of sales, marketing, service, training and customer service criteria, among other key comparative benchmarks.

November 9, 2023, Orlando, FL – For the second consecutive year, Regal & Nautique of Orlando has won the highly coveted 2023 Boating Industry “Dealer of the Year” award in the annual Boating Industry Top 100, recognizing the best retailers throughout North America. The award was presented at a black-tie, invitation-only gala November 7 at the Dallas Westin Galleria in Dallas, TX.  

Ranked by the editors of Boating Industry magazine, the Boating Industry Top 100 Awards has honored the best retailers throughout North America since 2005, based on a wealth of competitive criteria including business operations, professionalism, marketing tactics, customer service, sales and more.

Regal & Nautique of Orlando has risen through the rankings over the years, twice earning recognition for the #1 service department in North America, and now winning the #1 ranking for two years straight, which earns the additional distinction of placement in the Boating Industry Top 100 Hall of Fame in 2024, an achievement only earned by few since the program’s launch.
